ABOUT LIFE, FATE AND BEING
------------------------------------

What happens in a person's entire life is pre-written. What will happen tomorrow is already fixed GOD has a plan for everything & all these sort of talks seems bogus to me.

What will happen in the future? I believe 3 factor acts in determining the future.

1. Genetic structure of a person
2. Deliberate actions of a person
3. Environmental Randomness

1. Genetic structure of a person:-
----------------------------------
I don't know much of biology. So, I will not spend much time here. But certain permutations of the neuclic acids within the DNA determines a persons a persons attire, attitude, strengths, weaknesses altogether. (But there is a second thought. The structure of the gene is formed by a random permutation of the neuclic acids. So why we don't add the gene structure under Environmntal Randomness??)
We are nothing but one among billions of random permutations of ATGC

2. Deliberate Action of the person:
-----------------------------------
Sometimes we think that our deliberate actions can change our tomorrow. But that 'may be or may not be true'.

Let me give you an example:

Let x is full confident that he will pass an exam. To deliberately change the future he doesn't even sit in the exam. The future changed? May be or may not be. Who can say, if he had sat in the exam it might happen that despite of his confidence he would fail. So the future is not actually changed. Na?

Similar arguments are there for the Grandfather Paradox.

--> The time traveler will not be able to kill his grandfather.
--> or he will kill his grandfather, will go 'back to the future' & finds an altogether different life history of his own.

Environmental Randomness
-------------------------------
This is the most important thing. Each moment we pass through a number of possibilities (or alternative happenings) Will be or won't be? One of the many available 'options' happens & the option is 'chosen' at random.

Often choices lead to bigger events. It's like butterfly flapping it's wings in one continent leads to cyclone in another.

That is that. Some choices are 'laws' because the probability of their happening is ~100%.

Why the apple comes down to earth & not goes up? No, not for gravitation but for the probability of the apple coming down is ~100%. If it went up, then a corresponding law would be invented.

But all the random 'choices' of the past leads to a single point --> the present. So are all these random choices a mere coincidence? A little change in thousands parameters leads to one conclusion --> no life in this region of the universe (like age of the universe, value of Gravitational constant (G), value of cosmological constant, placement of Jupiter etc) . So, 'we are here' this fact is outcome of some coincidences?

Well, here I would like to mention the weaker form of anthropic principle.

Weak anthropic principle (WAP)
: "The observed values of all physical and cosmological quantities are not equally probable but they take on values restricted by the requirement that there exist sites where carbon-based life can evolve and by the requirements that the Universe be old enough for it to have already done so."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
These are my random thoughts. I know you differ. Please post your arguments in comments
